First and foremost , drink HOT WATER 4-5 times a day, as per your normal capacity
Use raw garlic , ginger and lemon juice along with Olive Vinegar for 3months atleast.You can Mix these all and take 2-3 teaspoons with 200ml of warm water and have it once or twice a day.
If you have this mixture daily twice a day you can feel the difference within 3 days of usage.You will experience that you are able to breathe more freely and deeply.
