Precautions for bloating
- Avoid Milk based products(especially hot milk) -Tea, Coffee etc(However one can eat battered curd/ buttermilk /yogurt)
- Avoid consuming too much ice( or refrigerated products). Consumption of ice can lead to eruption of gases in the gut/intestines

The best way to get rid of Bloating issues is to EAT CURD/YOGURT EMPTY STOMACH, first thing in the morning. 50-100 gms of curd , best if battered, should be consumed empty stomach daily. It will take 20min to take effect and create a healthy layer inside gut and intestines there by healing it. Try it for 1 week first and then continue it upto 30 days. Freshly made CURD is recommended for consumption.
